Worth writing about

A tool I should be running, especially if you built it. Tell me what it’s for and what it replaces. If it doesn’t fit my work, you’ll get a fast no.

Something wrong here: a dead link, a stale verdict, a screenshot that no longer looks like the site. Corrections get the fastest reply, and you don’t need to be polite about it.

Work. Vetted takes a small number of clients. A real problem with a real budget is a conversation; put the problem in the first paragraph.

Not worth writing about

Link exchanges, guest posts and sponsored placements. The verdicts on /tools aren’t for sale.

Cold pitches, anything that opens by telling me it noticed my website, and requests to add your link to a page. None of these get a reply.
